We do not and will not sell or rent client lists or personal information about you to anyone.

The information provided to us when completing a settlement will not be shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that settlement.  Email addresses of our clients are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with any parties outside of Brown, Brown & Gomberg.

To prevent any unauthorized access of client information we have implemented physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
We strongly believe in protecting the confidentiality and security of the information you provide us with.  We have adopted policies and procedures to secure the sensitive personal information regarding our clients.  We make every effort to protect client information and do not release any information to
non-related third parties.  Our application is compliant with the HIPAA laws.
